Include Rules behavior in QEditor

It'll be nice to have the rules behavior same as we have in QInput in the QEditor component.
I've some forms that the contents of the QEditor are required and I need to write my own validation and thrown a Notification, thats is ok for me, but the rules will make the code cleaner.

Thanks for your hard work and bring us such a great library.
