Quasar SSR Prefetch Get Error when Reload/Refresh Page In Browser

I have a quasar ssr app, I try to use prefetch feature to get some data with Axios.
It works fine, but when I try to reload/refresh the page it appear error.
In Axios if I set the baseUrl to "/' it will get error connect ECONNREFUSED ::1:80
If I put the full URL http://localhost:8080 it will appear error AxiosError Request failed with status code 404
Want to emphasize it work fine if I not refresh/reload the page
