feat(QTable): Add rowSelectableKey support to make table row selection checkbox disabled

This Vuetify table feature could be good if we had it in Quasar too.

We can have a rowSelectableKey, when this property with a boolean value is present in a row, the checkbox selection should be disabled if false and enabled if true.
