Request a cascader like https://element.eleme.cn/#/en-US/component/cascader，it's use full to select departments tree or categories tree.

I read the issues #6907 and #1668，although it can be achieved in some ways, this is not efficient, and this affects people to choose to use the library, hoping that the official can come up with a component to use it uniformly
