Add Antfu's eslint config preset

https://github.com/antfu/eslint-config may be considered a modern analog of standard style (no-semi)
Made by Antfu, a code team member of Vue, Nuxt and Vite ( https://antfu.me/ )

I would like to see this config as Quasar CLI option

@rstoenescu if this proposal is of interest, I may publish a sample repo and make a PR for CLI

  • Single quotes, no semi
  • Using ESLint Stylistic
• Respects .gitignore by default
• Supports ESLint v9 or v8.50.0+
