Expansion item is behaving like popup=true when in table #17897

It seems expansion item had issue with line length in its content, despite longest line being about 50% of its width. I added line breaks and it helped to mitigate this behavior, at the cost of the dialog now producing scrollbar, since the content grew in height with more lines. |

I have a two column markup table. In one of the rows in the second column, there is an expansion item. When the item is expanded, the entire column's width shifts, despite the table having wrap-cells=true and the expansion item not having popup mode set to true. This is absolutely horribly bad UX. Is there any way to prevent this from happening, without setting fixed width to the expansion item?
