Round q-slider

Why is there no property to make q-sliders round?
Or can it be done by modifying the css?

the knob is what i needed, but is there something similar to the second example in the picture? A semicircle, like a speedometer.

This way you get it, but there is a trace of what you cannot select.

There is not even the possibility to add the thumb like in the q-slider
