I want to add extra code for different parts of flow:

• SSR: cache level for html (if all prefetch from cache): don't call render app
• CLIENT: custom prefetch: make early requests: I want to have really light index.js, which started with min delay after html is loaded
  I want to optimize app for core-vitals. And I have big problem: client prefetch started really late.
