Hot reload is not working at dev mode

Dear Quasar team,

I have the experience of Quasar V1, now I'm going to switch to V2. I followed the quick start guide to create a demo project with command npm init quasar@latest (with default option) and then start the server.
I add some error syntax deliberately and save, then eslint error occurs in the VSCode console, the broswer occurs error, that's fine. (see below picture)

After remove the error syntax, eslint is not refreshing in the VS code
and some error occurs in the browser console. (see below picture)

it seams the hot reload is not working, could you please have a look, thanks!
Additional info:

1. It's developed in a new computer, so not effected by the Quasar V1 environment.
2. The OS is Win11 and node version is V22.22.0 with npm 10.9.4.
3. However, if I change something in the quasar.config.js, the hot reload is working and the browser is refreshed.
