One emit may or may not work.

Hi there.
One emit sometimes gets stuck.
However, Rebuilding or modifying the source code will eventually make it work.
I use emit a lot in other places, so I don't think it's used incorrectly.
Why is the behavior always unstable only in the same place?

calling emit
