What happened?

When q-carousel-slide are generated from v-for with web picture, autoplay will wait for autoplay time to show the first slide.
Although I can use a loading to wait, but since autoplay time is always a few seconds, this is a very bad experience for users.

What did you expect to happen?

Immediately show the first slide without waiting for an autoplay time.

q-carousel wont load picture before waiting for an autoplay time(3000 ms).

This happens only if your model is not set initially to any slide name.
If you think I am missing something, please reopen this ticket with a reproduction codepen.
