Be able to get a head master version of maven up to date

From now, at start, we download the head of master from maven git repository.

This is quite fine, unfortunatly, if an update has been pushed and we are developing locally, we won't get the update unless we clean the project.

A nice feature would be to have another version like HEAD_UPTODATE that if configured will always try to get the last commit from HEAD of master
