Incorrect trigger deleted

To reproduce:
1. **Make sure you have a backup of `Triggers.plist`**
2. Open Preferences → Triggers
3. Sort the list by something other than “Command”
4. Select a trigger and remove it

A trigger will be removed, but not the one you selected. It will probably be the first or last one on the list.

This is probably something similar to what I fixed in 7119f756c3e1015db1d017e953b7fbe7368a81af.
