Retina support for the Displays plugin

I often find myself needing to switch my monitor resolution between 1x and 2x, but the Displays plugin can't handle that. I looked into how to get the proper resolutions for the OS using updated API calls, and it wasn't straightforward enough for me to figure it out completely. Filing this bug just to make a note that I care about this. :-)

(For the time being, I'm using http://www.resolutiontab.com/ . It works well, but my menu is already crowded, and a separate app is overkill. I'd love to use Quicksilver for this.)

Took another look at this again and couldn't get https://github.com/quicksilver/Displays-qsplugin to compile. 😢

@lgarron - if you're having trouble compiling, you could alternatively make the changes to the code and then push to your own repo and make a pull request. One of us can then compile and test. I don't have a retina display so I wouldn't know where to start on this.

I'm now using ResolutionTab and SetResX (through this), the latter of which handles this.

I might try to take you up in the future, though!
