BDSup2Sub ++1.0.2 support

BDSup2Sub ++1.0.2 works correctly with PGS subtitles that give me issues in BDSup2Sub 5.1.2

Can you please make a version that uses BDSup2Sub ++1.0.2 instead so I can tone-map subtitles that seem to drop frames with 5.1.2?

Actually I found a workaround.

Open the PGS subtitle with the new version and export and the old version has no issues with the exported SUP.
