When will there be `quinn-proto` 0.12?

Hello, and thank you all for this fantastic crate! We are using quinn-proto for our QUIC protocol stack, and would like to know if there's a releasing plan of the next breaking version 0.12. Will it be published soon?

There's no concrete plan at this time. Why do you need it?

We don't call it a must, but just want to know whether there's a plan. If not, we will publish our crates depending on quinn-proto 0.11.

Unless there are any particular features/fixes you're waiting for, I think sticking with 0.11.x for now is the right strategy.

That PR looks like it's semver-compatible. If you want to do the legwork of submitting a backport targeting the 0.11.x branch, we can release it soon (maybe today).

(Same for other PRs that don't change existing public API.)
