Added support for STM32G0xx chips.
Description
Added VECTOR_TABLE_SIZE and IRQ_VECTOR_ALIGNMENT variables for STM32G0xx chips which are used on some BTT boards.
Requirements
I have a BTT SKR MINI E3 V3 board and a BTT MINI 12864. This board uses the STM32G0xx chip which was not already configured in this fork.
Benefits
Increases support for the Hardware SPI created in this fork. My LCD no longer freezes while printing like it did with the base Marlin Build. This could be very helpful for others that was dealing with the problems I was with this board.
