Protected against security exception

[rootInActiveWindow](https://github.com/quittle/a11y-ally/blob/master/src/main/kotlin/com/quittle/a11yally/analyzer/AccessibilityAnalyzer.kt#L80) is not guarded when accessed on here when it is lower. It has resulted in customer experienced `SecurityException`s.
