shuffled/sequential autoplay in audio player

Basically, I use Quran apps while driving and the idea is to make it compatible for drivers. A couple of features are suggested in separate issues.

Three features are requested:

1. Repeat the same surah which is being played currently.
2. Autoplay very next surah
3. Autoplay shuffled surah (available in web)

These are great ideas, repeating is actually something we missed out.
