gappy code

Add a function that generates the *source code* (unknitted) with gaps in it, much like `mask()` does for knitted code.

e.g.

```
penguins %>%
    ________(species == "Gentoo")
```

(maybe this is a better fit for a different package, but I'll leave it here for now.)
