fix(stake): YieldStatus shows the real opportunities, not ETH/Lido

The rider "status" still listed ETH via Lido, which isn't an offered
opportunity. Replace it with the three live opportunities: USDC (Morpho),
stETH (Morpheus), USDC (Morpheus) — using the per-asset MOR APR.
