Make Options / Misc / FAQ an URL #429

Suggestion: Make Options / Misc / "Open FAQs page on updates" ... make 'FAQ' into an URL that points to https://webextension.org/listing/tab-discard.html
Also: Somewhere near there, add text / URL that takes one to https://github.com/rNeomy/auto-tab-discard
Went looking for how to turn notifications off, so naturally went to the options page of the extension. However, therein there was no indication as to where to get help, or what (support) sites were (already) out there. The above suggestions would have provided a quicker breadcrumb trail to follow.
