Smoking status as time-varying covariate

• It is possible to know at any time during follow-up smoking status of patients.

Yes it would be good to incorporate the code we used for smoking and key biometrics as options.

I will do this, no problem. I have already written the Stata code and I'll translate it into R. I'll send a summary so that both of you can comment and tell me what needs to be improved/modify.
