Chocolatey package?

Would you like me to put a chocolatey package together for rabbitmqadmin-ng? Building and pushing could be part of this repo, or I could add it to chocolatey-beam/au-packages which is something I worked on over the holidays. It uses a set of PowerShell scripts to watch and automatically update packages. I completely replaced my bespoke chocolatey scripts with chocolatey-au and it works great.

OR, I could migrate rabbitmq/chocolatey-packages to use the AU module, and publish rabbitmqadmin-ng from there as well.

While at it, you are welcome to also cover fshc (primarily designed to replace handle.exe as a source of a few metrics on Windows) and rabbitmq-lqt 🙏

As for the AU module, I don't know enough about to it have an opinion. I trust your judgement. As long as it is reasonably easy to automate, I'd be happy to consider it.

In fact, given that we have three tools in the same boat, our experience with automation might be the deciding factor.
