chore(release): v0.10.1

Bump app version 0.10.0 -> 0.10.1.

Since v0.10.0:
- fix: max_ctx-clamped prompt guard + prompt-too-large modal (oversized
  prompts are rejected before prefill instead of OOM-crashing the server;
  the desktop app surfaces the cause + recommended settings)
- fix: cumulative per-model download progress (percent no longer resets
  to the in-flight shard on multi-shard models)
