Add option to display submission time, start time and walltime in jobs list

Currently, it is not possible to view jobs submission time, start time and walltime right into the jobs list. Users have to click on a given job to view this information.

There should be an option to add more columns in jobs view, and give users the possibility to enable additional columns such as the submission time, the start time and the walltime of jobs.
