WebAssembly tool convention does mention some support for dynamic linking https://github.com/WebAssembly/tool-conventions/blob/main/DynamicLinking.md.

release since wasi sdk release 21
though currently i've no idea about how to do so, and this'll require major work on radare's side as well for wasi builds
