`dash` has several disadvantages to lodash/kebabCase

Hi. I'm trying to migrate to radashi, and seeing the follow cases fail for the dash function:

'--yellow plus10' which returns --yellow-plus10`

However lodash returns yellow-plus-10

Note that the leading -s are removed and numbers are treated as words.

To better understand the context, could you please share a real-world use case where this transformation is important? Alternatively, if the example you provided is based on a real-world scenario, we’d appreciate a bit more explanation of how it’s used in practice. That would help us evaluate whether this behavior should be supported or handled differently in radashi.

Hi. Yes, this is a real world example I ran into when trying to swap our repo to use radashi. I think the use-case here is converting from CSS variables to typescript-exported objects, doing some transforms and back. I think the code could be modified, too, but essentially camel('--some-css-var-10') should be someCssVar10 and going back into dash should only need the -- prefix back.

Essentially, dash("someCssVar10") should return "some-css-var-10" but instead returns "some-css-var10"? I think I agree. PR welcome!
