APIs only: Hide Items in Sidebar?

Currently there are various issues with the sidebar. Especially the items are often incomplete when there's pagination. We are considering to hide the items in the sidebar for APIs only. Thoughts?

The sidebar on the left that opens with the Hamburger menu? I think it's nice as is I didn't see any issues. I was looking at this https://coclico.blob.core.windows.net/stac/v1/catalog.json catalog.

The items seem to be collapsed by default now. I like it. But I think I can navigate without it so if you want to not duplicate the navigation I see that as worthwhile.
