Consider renaming to base-ui-ng or equivalent

Additional context

I was looking a bit at mui/base-ui#3938 and thinking of https://base-ui.com/react/overview/community#unofficial-ports and why linking a project with radix in its name would be too confusing.

Side note, I saw @claridgicus was working on https://github.com/claridgicus/base-ng.

Yes, I was actually planning to rename the project to base-ui-ng.

I wasn’t aware of @claridgicus’s base-ng project, though, so now I’m a little unsure about the best way forward :)

That said, I’m open to any solution and not particularly attached to the name. My main goal is simply to show the Angular community what a headless approach can offer, based on the principles, architecture, and patterns of Base UI.
