Which language should be used for the AuthService?

Currently it's made using Laravel(PHP 8), but because it must have a high performance, it would be nice to implement another one, these are the possible substitutes:

• Elixir
• Rust
• C/C++
• OCaml/ReasonML
• Kotlin
• CSS @caiomartins1
• F# (I forgot this one)
• Haskell
• Scala
