chore: regenerate package-lock.json with complete transitive dep resolution

Full reinstall via npm 11 now includes top-level entries for
@emnapi/core and @emnapi/runtime, which were missing as nested-only
entries and causing npm ci to fail on the GitHub Actions runner.
