Broken /leaderboard and /votes #191
Description
It seems like https://web.raha.app/leaderboard generally has higher counts than mobile app. We should confirm mobile app is correct, then either fix/remove.
The https://web.raha.app/votes page is totally borked, need to fix/remove.
