Fix unclear skill icons and improve navbar design

Some of the icons in the Skills section are not loading properly, which affects the visual quality of the website.
Icons like:

Rust:

Nest:

Adobe Xd:

and few more.

Additionally, the current navbar design looks cluttered and lacks a polished, modern appearance. These issues make the site look less professional and reduce the overall user experience.

I want to make the navbar look like this with navlinks so that user can navigate through navlinks instead of scrolling.
