Prevent rai from uploading .rai_profile

As @JinjunXiong mentioned in #16 , we could make it so RAI either won't upload a directory with .rai_profile (fail with an error), or won't add .rai_profile to the compressed directory (and give a warning, probably). This would prevent people from leaking their .rai_profile if they accidentally have it in their project folder instead of home directory.
