Before you start

1. Community review requires a valid GitHub account. This is useful when you need to redeem your subscription later.
2. You may need a connection to the (real) Internet to open the 'review link' in the Pull Request.
3. Each issue needs at most 3 community reviews. Any review exceeding the limit will not count towards your progress.
