Code and meta properties not being rendered in Errors

I notice that the properties in https://github.com/rails-api/active_model_serializers/blob/master/lib/active_model_serializers/adapter/json_api/error.rb#L24 showcase code, meta as properties in the errors according to the json standard. But the code doesn't show a place where it renders it.

Any inputs on this?

@riqwan It hasn't been implemented yet. There was a lot of discussion around ways to render errors, so the implementation is pretty minimal right now. Since the initial implementation, there hasn't been much iteration on error responses. PRs much appreciated!

(The comments in https://github.com/rails-api/active_model_serializers/blob/v0.10.2/lib/active_model_serializers/adapter/json_api/error.rb#L31-L54 are inline annotations of the spec meant to help readers of code see what remains to be implemented in AMS. I admit it can be confusing and merits discussion of possible removal.)
