SF Ruby on Rails Workshop @ Carbon Five June 23 - 24, 2017

A few months out:

• Pick a curriculum (Rails)
• Find a venue and sponsor for the workshop. (Thanks Carbon Five!)
• Find two co-organizers. (Jane Sebastian and Gabe Berke-Williams)
• Read through the Fundraising and Accounting Docs

Once we have a a venue, sponsors, and organizers, we can:

• Work together to set an RSVP limit that works for everyone
• Post the workshop to Bridge Troll

Two to four weeks out, we can:

• Plan a teacher training
• Order breakfast
• Order lunch
• Find a good place for the afterparty. (Kate O'Brien's Irish Bar & Grill is two doors down!)

After the workshop, we can:

• Retro
• Party!
