Remove 'meetings' references on admin edit coach page

We used to have weekly meetings. We no longer have them so they need to be fully removed.
Issue: I think there is still a link somewhere between coaches and meetings, and this causes error on some coaches, when admin is trying to edit that coach on an admin coach edit page.
