Support EPICS 3.0

I want to use this ticket to start a conversation about what would be needed to support EPICS 3.0.
From my (limited) understanding the following things should be relevant:

1. Switch to Business Transaction Formats (BTFs).
2. Adjust cryptographic algorithms SHA-256

Please add/ correct anything that is missing or incorrect.

As a start, please take a look at #154 where it seems like it is setting a foundation for covering EBICS 3.0 while targeting supportfor EBICS 2.4.
I haven't taken the time to verify it yet though.
