In this case, Linguist reported back JavaScript, Shell, where ass the repo says something else:

That means we are missing out on security info, which should not be the case.

• Tell the user what languages where found, so they can check if something seems off.
  The link to the CodeQL run is reported already, so they know where to add updates to.
