Adding Scroll-to-top button.

Description

There is no scroll-to-top button in home page which hinders user experience. Adding a clear and visible scroll-to-button may enhance the user experience as well as the UI of the home page.

Kindly assign me this issue under SWOC 2025.

As you can see there is no such button for easy navigation.
