Remove DeepSeek-OCR deployment and related configurations

This commit deletes the DeepSeek-OCR application, including its Kubernetes manifests, configuration files, and associated resources. The removal streamlines the project by eliminating unused components, ensuring a cleaner codebase. Additionally, the kserve configuration is updated to reflect the new deployment structure.
