update firmware problem

I solved the problem and saw more about settings, now I'm having problems with firmware updates, in this case my PC is not recognizing it, even though I have installed all the programs. Is there anything I still have to do to get the USB port recognized? My system is W 11

I followed the firmware update steps, I looked at my GBS-C and it is the Mr. Ao version, the photo is to know if the firmware is up to date, this is what comes with it, I just turned it on and I'm using it
