Possible compatibility issue: Visual Studio Installer

Lately, when installing Visual Studio updates via Visual Studio Installer, it always gets stuck at 99% on the "Finishing up..." step. I believe (but am not 100% sure) this only started happening when I installed Windhawk. Today, after two more stalled VS installs, I exited Windhawk, checked the "Don't start automatically..." checkbox, restarted my machine, and tried the Visual Studio update again, and this time it worked.

I think one of the Windhawk modded DLLs is being used by VS Installer and causing it to fail/hang, though more testing would be needed to confirm and find which exclusions need to be added. My installed mods are:

• Dark mode context menus (dark-menus)
• Modernize Folder Picker Dialog (modernize-folder-picker-dialog)
• Taskbar height and icon size (taskbar-icon-size)
• Taskbar jump list on cursor pos (taskbar-jump-list-on-cursor-pos)
• Taskbar Labels for Windows 11 (taskbar-labels)
• Taskbar tray icon spacing and grid (taskbar-notification-icon-spacing)
• Turn off change file extension warning (extension-change-no-warning)

If anyone else reports experiencing the same problem, you might consider converting this to a GH issue.

Might be related to #681. Can you create a dump of the stuck process with System Informer when the hang happens?
