Taskbar clock customization questions (weather)

I was wondering where exactly the weather data is sourced from. I know wttr.in, but can anybody trace to the most primary data source?

Another question about the weather in the taskbar: how are updates handled (how often, what if anything can delay updates and how long until they resume, etc)? According to my taskbar, it was 47F this morning, and other sources showed 29, which was more accurate. I did just wake my computer, and computer sleep often makes live updates difficult, but how long should I have had to wait before seeing a more accurate reading, and is there any way to force an update?

These are more of a questions for wttr.in. The mod just fetches information from it using the documented commands, with the interval that's set in the settings in the "Web content update interval" option (default: 10 minutes).

Thanks for the help! As for the source, that isn't really crucial information since it seems accurate enough, especially when using multiple sources. As for the update interval, I am assuming I would need to wait 10 minutes after waking my PC for it to update?

After waking up, the mod refreshes the data right away, so you shouldn't need to wait 10 minutes as long as the information in wttr.in is up-to-date.
