Error write eof message on windows in gulpfile

It completes If the images file is empty but throws this error anytime I try and run gulp in cmd prompt, ive installed npm in the photography directory

I also encountered this error.
I don't have experience with gulp: but I have created an alternative solution to resizing images if anybody is interested.
