Add go benchmarks for NRI callbacks and validate them in CI

Since we decided to keep the NRI approach in place, it would make sense to add go benchmarks to monitor/simulate the performance of NRI callbacks.

Acceptance criteria

• add go benchmarks on the 3 NRI callbacks we use: Synchronize/StartContainer/RemoveContainer
• add a CI check to compare the current values to expected ones (could be a bash script or similar)
