[RFE] Add option to create backup job during deployment

It would be useful to have the functionality to create a recurring backup job as part of the deployment.

This does not appear to be currently possible with within either the app deployment or using the Rancher Terraform provider.

We have tried to perform this task using the Kubernetes manifest resource but since the API is not available at plan time this is not possible.

We have raised an issue on the Rancher provide too as it could go in there if not in the deployment or me available in both for users not using Terraform to deploy.

I'm not sure this is something we can or should address. This is a chicken and egg problem and there are likely other tools to enable workflows that solve this. The root of this chicken and egg is that you cannot create a CR for CRDs that do not exist - in other words, you cannot create a Backup CR before the Backup CRD is installed on the cluster. As you mentioned here:

I believe that because you are already using terraform that you may find your solution there. It seems best to continue this request in the original issue you have opened for Terraform rather than here. I will leave a comment on that issue with some details to consider when crafting your TF plans.
