@diogoasouza - i'm wondering if we need to get EIO to help setup secrets/apps for this to work similar to with ob-team-charts? Seems like it should need new vault secrets at minimum? |

This PR is inspired by @diogoasouza workflow from
ob-team-chartswhich we recently refactor to use scripts for the workflow to allow local and remote execution. Using this (when backported to all active branches) it should trigger after a successful release (aftergoreleaserruns) then create arancher/chartsPR.
